Bella Xia
Co-president and Instructor
I'm Bella Xia, a high school student that also serves as the co-founder and instructor at The IgniHer Lab. Since the summer of 2023, I have been dedicated to designing annual lessons for children, fostering creativity and empowering young minds. I am very passionate about The IgniHer Lab and I see it inspiring young students and making a long term impact.
Rachel Liu
Co-president and Instructor
I'm Rachel Liu, a high school student and co-founder and instructor at IgniHer Lab. I am dedicated to inspiring young scientists I helped host Washington's first Science Olympiad for elementary students. Since summer 2022, I've been studying chemistry and at the University of Washington to elevate my teaching. I am committed to our mission and empowering the next generation with confidence.
Joyce Xia
Secondary Instructor
I am Joyce Xia, a high school student with an interest in education and teaching. I serve as a secondary instructor for The IgniHer Lab. I have some experience in teaching, and I am genuinely excited about the impact the Igniter Lab is having on young girls. I firmly believe that with the right support, we can all achieve remarkable success.
